• Kid’s badminton session starts this Sunday (14/08/2022) for an hour in Forum, Newcastle university from 10:00 am 11:00 am.

• Forum management are happy to book the venue for 2 months in advance, that is from 13th of August to 30th of Oct, mostly from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. There are three days where session times are changed to 12:00pm - 1:00pm (dates 25/08/22 ,16/10/22 and 23 /10/22. Also, there will be no session on 21/08/2022 due to court unavailability.

• Booking fee must be paid full in advance. The cost for 2 months booking +Shuttle will be $70.00. Any additional expenses that may occur due to unforeseen situations will be equally divided among the participants.

• Though there were many enquiries regarding the participation in this game we can only accommodate 16 children at this stage.

• It is imperative that at all times, children should be supervised in the court by parents/the guardian arranged by the Parents.

• We are only responsible for the court bookings on Sundays

• Any altercation among the children should be managed by their parents/responsible guardian.

• Children should be dropped off at sharp 10:00 am and its mandatory for Parents/Responsible guardian, to remain in the court, until the group gets dispersed at 11:00 am.

• The organisers will not be held responsible for any issues arising from children’s welfare.

• As this is only an occasion for the children to play and enjoy the game, NO training or coaching will be provided.

• Children with any allergies must notify us prior to the games

• The signed consent form must be returned the us on the very starting session on 13th of August 2022
